Vincent Froissard (illustrator / colorist)

Born in 1969, Vincent Froissard lives in Touraine. Along with Serge Pellé and Étienne Le Roux, he founded the Zébulon workshop, which produces a variety of artistic works: sets for the game Iznogoud, giant frescoes, and covers for Jazz Actuel magazine. He also created illustrations for Denoël's science fiction collection.

In 2001, he began as a colorist at Delcourt publishing house for the Serpenters series by Mosdi and Martin. He has worked on a wide variety of works such as After the War, Carmen mc Callum and The Testament of Doctor M. He produced the illustrations for the comic strip Felicidad at Delcourt and the magnificent The Last Voyage of Alexander von Humboldt at Futuropolis, based on a script by Étienne Le Roux. Vincent collaborated with the latter again at Soleil on The Thousand and First Night (2017) and The Book of Wonders (2021).

With Éditions Daviken, he participated in the collective collection Méfie-toi d'une femme qui lit , with the graphic novel "Notre-Dame" on a screenplay by Bénédicte Gourdon (Éditions Daviken - 2021). Then in 2022 and 2023, two exhibitions were held in Tours at Café Concept, with the presentation of originals, unpublished prints (Canvas, Wood, Aluminum, Plexiglas), as well as the publication of two signed and numbered portfolios: Mines et une nuit (A4 format) and Calques (A5 format), true invitations to discover his poetic universe.
